Project Management

Brainstormed project planning board with sticky notes and various charts and graphs for data analysis.

We will work closely with your school leadership, administrators, and IT teams to identify and document your goals. Plan timelines and define responsibilities for your Veracross Implementation.

Our aim is maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle and create a

structured yet flexible approach to ensure that your transition to Veracross is smooth and successful.

Implementation

A hand reaching towards a neon light illustration of a brain combined with a lightbulb, symbolizing a bright idea or innovation, with a dark background and bokeh light effects.

The transition from your old system to Veracross can be challenging and time consuming.

This process can be carried out by a member of your team but if you would prefer this to be carried out externally or you want support for your team we are here to help.

Our implementation services support schools at every stage of their Veracross journey. Setting up the core academic configuration to reflect your school’s academic, admissions, finance, and operational processes, ensuring data structures, workflows, and integrations are set up correctly from the start.

If required, we can help with exporting the data from your existing student information system. During this stage we may bring in an expert user of that system to ensure that your data is extracted fully.

Your data will then be prepared for import into Veracross including the de-duplication and re-formating of that data with a strong focus on data integrity. Once your information is in Veracross we will carry out an extensive review process to ensure that your data is correct.

Training

Our aim is for you to get the best out of Veracross and to achieve that your staff should be able to take ownership of their areas and be able to use the system independently.

We can work with your staff either one to one or with groups focusing on specific aspects of the system. Training can be delivered online or in person to help your team get up to speed quickly.

Training can be delivered in any areas of the system that you require but specific areas that we would recommend are admissions, academic management, communications, query building and setting up the portals.

Ideally your school will appoint an in-house “point person” who will be the first line of support for your users and will act as a liaison between your school and Veracross. This person will need an overview and knowledge of the entire system and we can offer training to get that person up to speed as quickly as possible.

Support

We offer flexible Veracross support options designed to fit the needs and budgets of individual schools.

Support can be provided on an ad-hoc basis. Perhaps you need help building a report, configuring your classes, building a mailing list or resolving a permissions issue. If you have an issue, large or small that you want help resolving but do want to enter into a formal support agreement you can email or phone and we can offer support on an hourly basis.

Our retained services are available in 10-hour or 20-hour monthly allocations, providing a predictable and cost-effective way to access regular support, system optimisation, troubleshooting, and advisory services. Retained clients benefit from continuity of support from a consultant who understands their school’s Veracross configuration and operational context.

Response times are aligned to the level of service required but wherever possible support will be provided as quickly as possible.

  • Retained Support Clients: initial response within 12 hours, with urgent issues acknowledged sooner where possible

  • Ad-hoc Support Requests: initial response within 1–2 business days, subject to availability
